Ernie Cote
As Chief Operating Officer, Ernie is responsible for overseeing the management and daily operations of Manchester Care Homes and Cambridge Caregivers. His 30+ years of leadership experience have taught him that when people are treated well in the workplace, it’s not just good for them, but it’s good for business and good for the world. Ernie is passionate about the skilled and compassionate care that our amazing Caregivers offer our clients and is committed to serving our clients and our employees and leading the growth of the company so we are able to serve more clients and families. Ernie has a bachelor’s and MBA from Baylor University and sits on the board of several companies. In addition to being a big brother for 25(!) years, and a court appointed special advocate (CASA) volunteer for at-risk children, Ernie is an extremely proud dad of two girls; Zoe, a Junior at UCLA, and Foster, a Sophomore at Berkeley. His ‘third daughter’ is an adorable obedience school dropout named Stitch. When not bragging about one of his girls, he loves yoga (he’s a certified instructor), kickball, reading, and volunteering at The Resource Center food bank.

Brian Levy is the Chief Relationship Officer of Cambridge Caregivers and Manchester Care Homes. A “people person” to the extreme, Brian loves to meet new people and extol the virtues of Cambridge Caregivers. From doctors to social workers, medical assistants and CEOs, Brian gets the good word out about Cambridge with the people who continue to make repeat referrals to our company. Brian especially enjoys the opportunity he gets to visit with our clients and their families to determine how Cambridge might best assist them and oversee the relationship. Brian is also the host of the Manchester Living Podcast, helping families navigate the complex maze of elder care. Brian holds a degree in Psychology from Menlo College. He lives in Dallas with his wife and their dog DASH. Brian has twin teenage boys who he enjoys the great outdoors with hunting, fishing and golfing.

As the Recruiting Manager, Carter brings extensive knowledge and expertise to Cambridge, with a background in Scheduling, HR and Administration. Carter’s purposeful mission has been Recruiting Manager for over 10 years and as a Recruiter for 16 years in the healthcare industry. She has a deep-rooted passion for connecting talent with opportunity and has a broad skill set in recruitment strategy and employee development. Although Carter is originally from Dallas, Texas her family roots were planted in East Texas, Puerto Rico, and Miami, Florida. Carter has built a career that bridges diverse culture and professional backgrounds balancing a rewarding professional life with family. Carter is a proud parent to three amazing adult children making family values a center aspect of her work ethic and leadership style. Known for her unwavering commitment to delivering results and fostering long-term relationships Carter delivers excellence as a member of our Cambridge Caregivers HR team.
